31-YEAR-OLD WELDER, ARRESTED IN SAN NICOLAS, ILOCOS NORTE; DELIVERY RIDER, CAUGHT IN NUEVA VIZCAYA FOR SELLING DRUGS VIA PARCELS

A 31-year-old welder was arrested and detained at the San Nicolas Municipal Police Station after selling around 300 grams of shabu to an undercover police officer.

The suspect was identified as Donden Mark Antonio, a resident of Dingras.

The confiscated drugs have an estimated street value of nearly 2 million pesos.

He has been charged with violating Republic Act No. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Meanwhile, a 37-year-old delivery rider was also arrested in Barangay Bascaran, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, on Valentine’s Day.

Police seized about half a gram of suspected shabu worth around ₱3,000.

He was also caught for the same offense multiple times before.

The suspect has been charged with violating RA 9165.
