As 2025 begins, many remain optimistic, like Betty, whose wish for the year is good health.
According to a Social Weather Stations survey, 90% of Filipinos are hopeful about 2025.
However, this is slightly lower compared to the 96% recorded last year in a similar survey.
While there’s no certainty that 2025 will be prosperous, the President expressed his hopes for a better future in his New Year message.
According to the President, the new year is an opportunity for everyone to learn from the lessons of 2024.
Despite the challenges of the past year, the unity and cooperation displayed by the people were vital for the country’s progress.
As 2025 begins, the lessons learned will serve as guidance and hope for the future.
The President also encourages everyone to strengthen the bonds that unite us, recover what was lost, and work toward achieving a “Bagong Pilipinas,” where dreams flourish and every Filipino thrives.
