Food lovers in Baguio City now have a new place to visit for a satisfying afternoon treat.
Cassia Restaurant at Hotel Supreme has launched an affordable merienda buffet featuring a variety of snacks from pasta, pizza, bread, pastries, to street food.
The buffet quickly gained attention, even drawing customers from nearby towns.
Among them was Len Pax, who shared, “They texted me, let’s go try the newly opened buffet at Supreme.”
Browsing through the choices with her friends, she added, “There are lots of options, so we’re picking what we like.”
Another group, led by Elvie Sagandoy, chose the buffet as the perfect spot to celebrate a birthday. “Ten over ten!” she said. “As you can see, I’m already on my third plate.”
Hotel owner Jeff Ng said the idea came from seeing how locals love exploring new food spots. “In Baguio, many people enjoy discovering new dining places. That’s one reason we came up with this concept. The price is affordable. It’s worth it for what you get, and there are so many options.”
Beyond the food, customers like Princess Co appreciated the dining space. “The ambiance is very cozy and relaxing,” she said. “I’d definitely recommend this to my friends.”
The merienda buffet is open from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, but Hotel Supreme also offers the buffet for special events.
“We have several halls and event spaces for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, seminars, and conventions,” Ng said. “Some are good for 20 people, others can host up to a thousand.”
The restaurant also serves a breakfast buffet starting at 7:00 AM.
So, if you’re looking for a delicious and budget-friendly food trip, Cassia Restaurant at Hotel Supreme might be your next stop.
