Parents of pupils from the National Child Development Center (NCDC) in Lingayen joined a basic life support training organized by the Pangasinan Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) in celebration of Family Day.
The activity aimed to provide parents with essential knowledge, particularly in saving lives during emergencies.
PDRRMO representatives demonstrated the proper way of giving cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as a first response.
The event also featured Drimo the Hero, the mascot of DRRM Kids, who entertained the children while their parents learned safety skills.
Teachers, parents, and pupils joined the day-long celebration, which included fun activities alongside lessons on safety and preparedness.
