Bernos strengthens partnership with PNP, leads PPO grandstand inauguration

BANGUED, Abra – Abra Gov. Jocelyn Bernos and newly installed Police Regional Office – Cordillera director PBGen. Ronald Oliver Lee inaugurated the newly constructed Police Provincial Office – Abra grandstand at Camp Villamor here Thursday as ties between the provincial local government and the Philippine National Police strengthened.

The 120 seat 13 by seven meter grandstand constructed from the provincial government’s funds was blessed by Regional Chaplain Jonathan Chi with the 27 police chiefs of Abra and the men and women from the PNP regional and provincial offices as witness.

Bernos, in her speech, said that the newly constructed grandstand will serve as witness of successful PNP events.

She assured Lee that the PLGU will always be supportive of all PNP programs aimed to better peace and order in the province.
