In Pangasinan’s warm weather, snow may seem impossible.
But with the opening of the Christmas Village at the Pangasinan Capitol’s Beach Park in Lingayen, snow became possible, thanks to a snow machine.
Everyone enjoyed it, especially the kids.
Apart from this, the village features various activities, such as dance performances and games that the children enthusiastically join.
And, of course, there were mascots that delighted visitors.
Beyond the lights, there’s a Christmas tree inspired by gingerbread houses, a giant nutcracker, lollipops, teacups, and Christmas decor.
“We’ve been waiting for the Christmas Village to open so we could take the kids. We’re always excited during Christmas because it’s the perfect time to bring the children out. We’re so happy, and we’re proud of what Pangasinan has achieved,” said Pastor Rico Garcia, a visitor.
The crowd was also captivated by a stunning fireworks display during the opening.
The Christmas Village at Capitol Beach Park officially opened on December 1, led by Paskuhan sa Kapitolyo Honorary Chairperson and First Lady Maan Guico, Vice Governor Mark Ronald Lambino, and Attorney Melanie Lambino.
There will be more fireworks displays on December 14, 21, 28, and 31 at Capitol Beach Park at 9:00 in the evening.
