The Civilian Volunteer Organizations (CVOs) of the Third District of Pangasinan warmly welcomed Governor Ramon V. Guico III and Vice Governor Mark Lambino in Sta. Barbara.

The event recognized the CVOs’ unwavering service and included the distribution of financial grants to support their community initiatives.

In front of the volunteers, Governor Guico and Vice Governor Lambino personally expressed their gratitude for their dedication to helping others and supporting government programs.

Aside from the financial grant distribution, Governor Guico took the opportunity to emphasize the importance of the Konsulta Plus Guiconsulta program, an initiative aimed at providing free medical consultations and healthcare services to Pangasinenses.

The provincial government continues its efforts to make healthcare services more accessible and high-quality through modernized facilities and expanded medical programs.

After the gathering in Sta. Barbara, the provincial government proceeded to the town of Malasiqui, where they were also warmly welcomed by the CVOs.

Similar to the previous town, the governor expressed gratitude for their service and assured them of the continued support from the provincial government.

One of the beneficiaries of the program was Gilbert Guiling, a volunteer who expressed deep gratitude for the assistance provided by the government.

Because of this program, volunteer groups are even more inspired to continue their commitment and service to the people.

From strengthening hospital services to reaching remote barangays, Governor Guico assured that no Pangasinense will be left behind when it comes to public service.

And with the continuation of programs like this, the partnership between the government and the people is expected to grow even stronger, leading to a more progressive and healthier Pangasinan.
