A significant step for education and public service was formalized at the Pangasinan Capitol.

Governor Ramon V. Guico III and John P. Griffin, Vice President for Global Programs of the Maxwell Leadership Foundation, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to implement employee and student development programs in the province.

This agreement aims to strengthen leadership skills and personal growth among provincial government employees and students of Pangasinan Polytechnic College (PPC).

Through this initiative, not only will the quality of service in the province improve, but it will also help shape the future of young Pangasinenses.

According to Governor Ramon V. Guico III, every employee and student plays a crucial role in Pangasinan’s success.

“Whatever accomplishments this administration has had in the past more than two years, the Governor, the Vice Governor, and the Board Members cannot do it by themselves. You are a very important component to the success of the Province of Pangasinan.”

The Maxwell Leadership Foundation’s initiatives include: Beyond Success, which focuses on enhancing leadership skills among employees, iLead, which helps develop students’ leadership abilities, and Community Transformation, which supports the training of community leaders

Aside from this, some of Governor Guico’s initiatives for Capitol employees include: Employees Family Day, Governor’s Awards and Recognition Program, and Continued promotions for outstanding public servants.

The provincial government assures that this will not be just another agreement on paper.

Instead, it will be an active program that strengthens the education and public service sectors across Pangasinan.
