Yesterday, July 9, the youths handed over the packets to the authorities.
These packets resemble the floating shabu found on the shores of Ilocos Sur in the last week of June.
“Our police, along with our maritime units, have conducted meetings and intensified sea patrols,” said Dela Cruz.

According to the Pangasinan PPO, the drugs may have drifted to the province and could be part of the narcotics found by fishermen in Ilocos Sur.
The drugs have been handed over to PDEA Region 1 for further investigation.
