GOV. RAMON GUICO III AND VICE GOV. MARK RONALD LAMBINO, TO RUN IN THE 2025 MIDTERM ELECTIONS

The Team Aguila remains strong.

This was proven by Governor Ramon Guico III and Vice Governor Mark Lambino as they jointly filed their Certificates of Candidacy (COC) on October 2 at the COMELEC Pangasinan Provincial Office in Dagupan City.

Their goal is to continue the initiatives they have started.

Governor Guico III is running for his second term, while Vice Governor Lambino is aiming for his final term.

They were accompanied by their wives, First Spouses League Chairperson Maan Tuazon-Guico and Atty. Melanie Lambino, as well as members of Team Aguila, including 5th District Congressman Ramon “Monching” Guico Jr.

“Three years is not enough to finish all of the beautiful and development-oriented programs that we have started,” said Governor Ramon V. Guico III, Province of Pangasinan.

In their more than two years of leadership, they have launched numerous projects for the province.

One of these is the Pangasinan Link Expressway (PLEX), which costs 34 billion pesos.

Next is the establishment of modern farming methods through corporate farming.

They also highlighted the provincial government’s success in revitalizing the salt industry by reopening the Pangasinan Salt Center.

“The Pangasinan Salt Center in Barangay Zaragoza, Bolinao, is the spirit, the identity of our province, Pangasinan,” Guico mentioned.

They continue to add facilities and medical equipment to the fourteen provincial hospitals.

Hospitalization for Pangasinenses is now free, thanks to the MAIPP or Medical Assistance for Indigent and Financially Incapacitated Patients Program, along with the new GuiConsulta program.

“We did not implement short-term programs, these are initiatives that need to be sustained and repeated, such as the establishment of the Pangasinan Polytechnic College, which was one of the key promises of this administration,” Vice Governor Mark Ronald DG Lambino, Province of Pangasinan mentioned.

The governor also promised that the provincial government’s services and assistance would continue to reach Pangasinenses in need.

Guico strongly believes, “We will accomplish what we have started. Our motto, ‘Pangasinan, Ang Galing,’ is a battle cry. It’s a standard we have set for ourselves personally, professionally, and politically. We model the value of excellence as leaders, and we hope to pass that value, that principle, down to the grassroots at the barangay level, and even down to the level of the family.”
