This initiative is an example of the Baguio City Jailโs commitment to rehabilitation over detention, a principle that recently earned it the distinction of Best National City Jail of 2024 under the exemplary leadership of JSupt. April Rose Wandag-Ayangwa, who was also named Best National City Jail Warden.
Curated by local artist Eros Goze, the exhibit highlights the talent and determination of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs), equipping them with skills for reintegration into society. More than a Christmas bazaar, it is a celebration of creativity, community, and transformation.
๐
The exhibit runs until the end of December.
