Inindorsong General Manager ng BENECO, sinalungat ng Board of Directors

Inaksyunan na ng Board of Directors (BoD) ng Benguet Electrive Cooperative o BENECO ang pag-endorso ng National Electrification Administration (NEA) kay Atty. Marie B. Rafael bilang bagong General Manager ng nasabing kooperatiba.

Kamakailan lang ay ibinasura ng RTC Branch 6 ang petisyon na mapalawig ang tatlong araw na TRO para hindi aksyunan ng BoD ang pag-endorso ng NEA kay Atty. Marie B. Rafael.

Dahil dito, nagpulong na ang mga BoD. Ang resulta, mayorya sa kanila, nagpasyang hindi kumpirmahin ang pag-endorso ng NEA. Ang pasya ng BoD ay ipapadala sa NEA.

Bandang huli ay NEA ang magpapasya kung sino sa pagitan ni Engr. Melchor Licoben at Atty. Marie B. Rafael ang pipiliing bagong general manager ng BENECO.

Matatandaang una ng ininderso ng NEA si Atty. Marie B. Rafael.
