A government employee in Kalinga who is logged as one of the Cordillera Region’s “Top Ten Drug Personality” was caught Friday.
Harvey Gumangan Calilung, 40, was arrested after policemen who served a search warrant discovered a total of P57.8K worth of suspected shabu from his house in Agbannawag, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
Siezed from the suspect were two pieces of transparent medium size plastic sachet of shabu weighing more or less 8 grams with Standard Drug Price (SDP) of P54, 400.00; four pieces of small size heat sealed plastic sachet containing shabu weighing .5 grams with P3, 400 SDP; and other drug paraphernalia.
Calilung and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought at Tabuk City Police Station for booking for violating RA 9165 or the Dangerous Drug Act of 2002.
