The representative from Lingayen, Pangasinan, was crowned Limgas na Pangasinan 2025 during the grand coronation night filled with cheers and pageantry.
The event showcased 21 empowered candidates who competed in various segments, including swimsuit, evening gown, and two rounds of question-and-answer portions, where they spoke on topics such as women empowerment, the role of technology in preserving Pangasinan’s language and culture, and the importance of leadership in elections.
Governor Ramon V. Guico III praised all the candidates, recognizing their dedication and efforts leading up to the pageant.
Special awards were given, with Lingayen’s candidate winning Best in Swimsuit, while the representative from San Carlos City took home the Best in Evening Gown award.
The top five finalists were from Asingan, Sual, Lingayen, Sta. Barbara, and Calasiao.
After the final question-and-answer round, titles were awarded: Asingan’s candidate was named Second Runner-Up, Sual’s candidate First Runner-Up, and Calasiao’s representative Limgas na Pangasinan Mutya.
The candidate from Sta. Barbara was crowned Limgas na Pangasinan Grand, while the representative from Lingayen took home the prestigious title of Limgas na Pangasinan World.
Winners are expected to represent Pangasinan in major national pageants later this year.
