In its continuous effort to provide free services, the Pangasinan provincial government introduced the Guiconsulta program.
On November 20, nearly 900 residents of Urdaneta City availed of free medical check-ups.
One of them was Nanay Virginia, who hopes to regain her eyesight.
She had her eyes checked and received a free pair of glasses.
She also registered her child and husband for PhilHealth Konsulta.
“Thank you so much, Ma’am and Sir Gov. Monmon Guico, for your help. I hope you continue assisting people like us,” said Virginia Bagusto, resident.
Aside from free check-ups and consultations, residents also received PHP 200 each, free medicines, haircuts, and seedlings.
The activity was led by the First Spouses League of Pangasinan Chairperson Maan Tuazon-Guico, together with Board Members Chinky Perez-Tababa and Nicolai John Luis Sison.
“Our family wants all Pangasinenses under our care to be healthy,” said Maan Tuazon-Guico, Chairperson – First Spouses League of Pangasinan.
The provincial government promises to continue delivering various programs for Pangasinenses.
