A safer and more convenient pathway, that’s what the new footbridge in Sitio Puraw, Pugo, La Union, offers.

With the leadership of Mayor Kurt Walter Martin and the support of Team Pugo, this bridge was successfully built to make life easier for residents.

It is a great help for students, workers, and other people who use this pathway daily.

Aside from constructing the footbridge, the group also donated twelve solar lamps to light up the pathways leading to different communities.

A simple yet meaningful step to ensure the safety of residents, especially at night.

Another highlight of this project is the use of Team Pugo’s own funds for its construction—an initiative of the group to immediately address the needs of the community.

During the ceremony, Rev. Fr. Felix Liberato Gatchalian led the blessing of the footbridge.

Residents expressed their deep gratitude to Mayor Kurt Walter Martin and Team Pugo for their unwavering support for the town.
