OPERATING ROOM AND ONE-STOP-SHOP OF DASOL COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, INAUGURATED

What was once just a dream is now a reality.

This happened at Dasol Community Hospital as they inaugurated their first operating room.

This aligns with Governor Ramon V. Guico III’s vision of providing more Pangasinenses with proper healthcare services.

“For 32 years, this is the first time we’ll have an operating room here at Dasol Community Hospital. I am confident that with the opening of our operating room, we will be able to help more of our fellow citizens,” said Dr. Ginalyn Malalis, Chief of Hospital at Dasol Community Hospital.

Last October 14, the new operating room was formally inaugurated.

It includes an ultrasound machine, an operating machine, anesthesia equipment, operating lights, an operating table, and a coffee machine.

Aside from this, the new one-stop shop of the said hospital was also showcased.

This will serve as the social worker section where all documents and verification processes for PhilHealth and Medical Assistance for Indigent and Financially Incapacitated Patients (MAIFIP) will be processed.

“Congratulations to Dasol Community Hospital for your new operating room, and congratulations also for this one-stop shop. If you notice, all the hospitals in the province are either one-story or two-story facilities, with no planning. They place the billing section in an open space here, the admission there, and the OR elsewhere. So it’s good that Dasol Community Hospital thought of a one-stop shop to make it more convenient for all our patients,” Governor Ramon V. Guico III commended.

The management of the said hospital expressed their profound gratitude.

“All of this happened in just two short years under the leadership of our beloved governor, so Governor, once again, thank you very much for all your help,” Malalis mentioned.

With these new facilities and equipment, more Pangasinenses will be helped, and they no longer need to travel to other places for consultation and treatment.
