Santa seemed to have arrived early at Barangay Country Club Village in Baguio City, spreading joy and giving gifts to the community.
This was part of a Christmas party hosted by Baguio Country Club for the residents.
Since Christmas is for children, various gifts such as toys and school supplies were distributed.
“It’s fun because their games were easy, and they were nice to me. There were prizes and games too!” said Jasmine Sofia, a participant.
Cosplayers dressed as Labubu mascots also joined in the festivities.
Aside from children, parents were also given Christmas presents.
“Having this event every year is something we look forward to as parents and children. It’s significant for the social interaction of our kids, not just at home or school, but within the community as well,” said Mary Ann Gabino, a parent.
The barangay expressed their gratitude for the program brought by Baguio Country Club.
Dominique Joy Alvaro, President, Barangay Council for the Protection of Children, stated, “It’s great for the kids because it helps bring out their friendly side and improves their sportsmanship. Events like this make the kids really happy!”
The Christmas party has become a tradition of the hotel, aiming to give the community a joyful and unforgettable Christmas celebration every year.
