During the 79th Anniversary celebration of Pangasinan Provincial Hospital, the Isolation Building II was inaugurated.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony took place on September 25 in Barangay Bolingit, San Carlos City, led by Governor Ramon V. Guico III and Vice Governor Mark Ronald Lambino.
This building is part of the ongoing modernization of 14 Provincial Hospitals in Pangasinan.
Rr. Cipriano Fernandez, Chief of Hospital of Pangasinan Provincial Hospital, expressed his gratitude as the hospital will now be able to serve more Pangasinenses.
Also blessed during the ceremony were new medical equipment, including a 128-slice Computed Tomography (CT) scan machine (GE), Portable X-ray, six Ultrasound Machines, a Toyota Hilux FX, and a Pharmacy room.
As health is one of the priorities of Governor Ramon V. Guico III’s administration, he assured that the provincial government will continue to provide services.
He also emphasized the importance of the Government Unified Incentives for Medical Consultations or Guiconsulta Program, where Pangasinenses registered in e-Konsulta will receive cash incentives.
The event was attended by First Lady Maan Tuazon-Guico, 3rd District Board Member Vici Ventanilla, Board member Dr. Shiela Baniqued, Provincial Legal Officers, Chiefs of Hospitals, Department Heads, and staff of Pangasinan Provincial Hospital.
