Mangatarem residents warmly welcomed Governor Ramon V. Guico III and Vice Governor Mark Ronald Lambino.
The officials brought the Konsulta Plus Guiconsulta program to the town.
The program aims to provide quality and free healthcare services to Pangasinenses.
Because of this, thousands of residents received free consultations, free medicine, and free laboratory tests under the PhilHealth Konsulta Program.
In addition, the provincial government distributed 300 pesos in cash incentives for transportation and meals as part of the Guiconsulta initiative.
Aside from medical services, residents also received free nutritious meals from Guicosina.
The provincial government also distributed fruit-bearing tree seedlings, vegetable seeds, tilapia fingerlings, salt, and free haircuts.
And of course, they didn’t forget about the children.
Activity books and toys were given to the town’s Child Development Centers.
Beneficiaries expressed their gratitude for the assistance they received.
This program is part of the governor’s broader vision to make Pangasinan the healthiest province in the Philippines.
Because of this, the provincial government continues to expand Konsulta Plus Guiconsulta to other towns and cities in the province.
