Joy and gratitude overflowed among the residents of Sitio Mapita, Barangay Laoag in Aguilar.
This came after the Pangasinan Provincial Government visited them for a community outreach program on February 5.
Under the Community Outreach Program of the Health and Wellness Club, various services were provided to residents, including: Distribution of family food packs, Free nutritious meals from Guicosina, Free salt, Free fruit-bearing tree seedlings, Free vegetable seeds and seedlings, and Free haircuts.
Moreover, the provincial government recognized the need for medical kits and other health equipment in Sitio Mapita.
Governor Guico immediately responded by sending essential aid, including wheelchairs and other medical supplies.
Because of this, residents expressed their deep gratitude for the assistance.
This initiative is part of Governor Guico’s mission to bring government services closer to every barangay, especially remote areas.
This proves that distance is never a barrier to delivering aid to every Pangasinense in need.
