Various services, personally brought closer by Governor Ramon Guico III to the people of Pangasinan

A simple ‘Kumustahan.’

This was the purpose of Pangasinan Governor Ramon “Monmon” V. Guico III in his visits to various barangays in Pangasinan.

According to Governor Guico, “This is a catch-up program, so we are going down to the barangays to inform them of the programs of the province.”

He was warmly welcomed by the people of Pangasinan.

Free medical services, story-telling for the children, Guicosina feeding program, disaster preparedness and response training for children, free school supplies, free medicines, and financial literacy seminars were among the things the governor brought during each visit.

“Even our far-off Malico was visited, and thank you so much for the help you’ve given us here in Malico,” says Gemma Ciano Juan, a resident from Barangay Malico, San Nicolas.

Governor Guico also delivered gift boxes to more than seven thousand residents in the town of Bautista.

By just visiting barangay to cities, he continuously campaigned for Provincial Ordinance no. 71 series of 2024 or the Government Unified Incentives for Medical Consultation, or the GUICONSULTA program.

Here, residents only need to register with PhilHealth Konsulta to be given cash incentives, as well as food and transportation allowances.

“We are earmarking at least 300M pesos to 800M pesos per year so that all the population who will go to the health center, who will go to the provincial hospitals, will be incentivized. Let’s all go for a checkup, and we will give you money. Isn’t that great?” says Governor Guico.

His goal is to visit every barangay in the province to personally deliver his services and care to his fellow citizens.
