Visa Processing, Made Easier Through Consultation Agency

By: Vanessa Bugtong

With many Filipinos dreaming of studying or working overseas, one common question remains, “How hard is it to apply for a visa?”

But for some, a visa consultation agency is making the journey easier and more achievable.

Jeremy Bastian, 32, worked for two years as a butcher in the United Kingdom.

After his contract ended, he returned to the Philippines and tried to start a small business with his savings, first a snack house, then buying and selling cars, but both proved difficult.

He shared, “I tried opening a snack house but it failed. I also tried buying and selling cars. But it was really hard.”

Now, with a family to support, a six-month-old child and another on the way, he is preparing to work abroad again.

While determined, he admitted that processing the required documents tests his patience.

“It’s easy to provide the needed papers,” he added, “but getting those documents is often harder than the actual visa application.”

For him, having an agency to guide him through the process has been a big relief.

That help came from Ideal Visa Consultancy, which assists clients in understanding not just the paperwork but the entire visa process.

International client advisor Kristine Maurin explained, “We don’t focus only on helping our dreamers, our clients, with student visas. We also guide them through their working visas, step by step.” She added, “We can also help them work toward their permanent residency.”

Ideal Visa Consultancy also noted that a representative from their Tarlac branch emphasized their continuous efforts to support clients and make the process easier for all applicants.

Maurin said they are ready to assist more Filipinos across the country. “We have branches all over Luzon, Visayas and some parts of Mindanao,” she said.

For Jeremy, having legitimate support matters, especially with the rise of scams. “It’s important to have these kinds of agencies because there are so many scams now. We don’t even know where our money goes sometimes. It’s a waste,” he said.

Aside from workers, the agency has also helped students applying for student visas, individuals seeking partnership or dependent visas, and young people wanting a fresh start abroad.

This year alone, Ideal Visa Consultancy has processed nearly 300 visas, all of which were approved.

While working abroad remains challenging, agencies like Ideal Visa Consultancy make the process lighter and more accessible for Filipinos striving for their goals.

Basta visa, Ideal Visa yan.
