What is the survival rate for Sarcoma?

Recently, the famous Health Consultant, Dr. Willie Ong publicized through his vlog that he has cancer called Sarcoma.

You will see how he loses weight, which obviously shows that he is sick.

Through his vlog, he mentioned that he has cancer called Sarcoma.

According to Dr. Ong, a 16x13x12 centimeter tumor was seen from his stomach, and was hidden behind his heart, and for the meantime, he’s out of the country for his chemotherapy.

But, the question is, how do we get this cancer?

Sarcoma is a rare cancer that begins with the soft tissue of human bones.

Compared to other cancer, sarcoma can start through the connective tissues such as muscles, fats, bones, blood vessels, veins.

It can also be hereditary.

Most of those who acquire this disease have cell or bone abnormalities.

About 65% is the survival rate to this disease in the first 5 years.

However, if it also affects the other body organs, the survival rate of a patient will decrease to 50%.

If it becomes worse, this cancer will affect the whole body, and 18% is the patient’s only survival rate.

Undergoing an operation, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy is the way to cure this kind of illness, and to be able to remove the tumor.
